We strongly recommend that you use travel cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your accommodation should cancellation be necessary.
Deposits are non refundable.
If full payment has been received and you need to cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to arrival date your payment will be refunded minus your deposit.
Cancellation from 60 days to 28 days before arrival date you will be refunded 25% of total cost.
Cancellation less than 28 days to 7 days before arrival date you will be refunded 10% of total cost.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date will not be refunded.
